This project involved the creation of an automatic filling and capping line for a company that produces food products such as sauces and similar products packaged in medium-sized formats.
Specifically, the containers for which the system was designed are a 5-litre tank with a DIN51 plastic cap and a 3-kg rectangular bottle with a screw cap. (photo 1)

The monobloc structure (photo 2) has been sized to allow the passage of the tanks on the conveyor belt and through the various stations of the machine.
The pump filling system ensures precision and reliability in dosing and includes a dispensing nozzle made entirely of stainless steel with a Ø 38 passage and a length of 120 mm, ideal for effectively handling dense products at temperature without dripping.

The solution offered by our EASY line, adapted to large formats, is also ideal due to its versatility and ease of format changeover, as well as its compactness, which is particularly appreciated for reducing space requirements in production.
The interior of the monoblock (photo 3) consists of the filling station, the automatic pick&place station with cap picking directly from the conveyor belt, and the pneumatic screwing station with digital adjustment and two easily interchangeable steel spindles to handle the two different cap formats.

The system includes an automatic washing cycle that can be activated directly from the machine’s touch control panel and a remote connection system for remote assistance operations.
