PRESENTATION
Bench-top machine suitable for screwing on plastic screw caps such as dispensers, flip tops and spray caps.
Solution consisting of a magnetic hysteresis clutch with adjustable torque and a pneumatically controlled three-sector screwing head.
Rotation speed adjustment via inverter, depending on the characteristics of the cap.
Depending on the cap format, the machine can be equipped with a three-sector system with rubber grippers, interchangeable according to the diameter to be screwed, or with special stainless steel mandrels machined in-house (for caps with external knurling) or with friction rubber to grip the top of the cap.
The operator manually positions the cap on the neck of the bottle and presses the two-hand control to activate the screwing action, maintaining pressure until the cycle is complete. When the buttons are released, the head returns to the start position.
