{"id":1889,"date":"2021-03-17T11:28:02","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T11:28:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cm3engineering.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1889"},"modified":"2023-11-07T16:41:38","modified_gmt":"2023-11-07T16:41:38","slug":"semi-automatic-cream-filling-machines","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.cm3engineering.com\/en\/filling-machines\/cream-filling-machines\/semi-automatic-cream-filling-machines\/","title":{"rendered":"Semi-automatic cream filling machines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Cm3 Engineering offers 2 typologies of semi-automatic filling machines:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLING LINE<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cm3 Engineering produces <b>automatic and semi-automatic bottling lines.<\/b> Here we are presenting our semi-automatic solutions: our <b>semi-automatic filling lines<\/b> are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel (parts in contact with the product made of Aisi 316) and are composed of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Rotary table (800 mm diameter), PLC-controlled variable rotating speed.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Conveyor belt (length about 2 mt, width from 110 mm, adjustable sides, PLC-controlled variable speed).<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Dosing unit: composed of one or more volumetric dosing machines, according to performances needed. Through the proper pump, dosages can vary from 10 ml to many liters at a time.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Semi-automatic capping unit. The operator will place the cup upon the jar, bottle or tin. Then, the machine will proceed with the capping phase. Our capping machines include an automatic force control in order to prevent the cap from &#8220;tearing&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">Pneumatic semi-automatic filling and capping machines for jars and bottles, for liquid or semi-dense products, also for high-temperature dosing.
