{"id":1895,"date":"2021-03-17T11:26:25","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T11:26:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cm3engineering.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=1895"},"modified":"2023-10-16T15:25:42","modified_gmt":"2023-10-16T15:25:42","slug":"automatic-cream-filling-machines","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/www.cm3engineering.com\/en\/filling-machines\/cream-filling-machines\/automatic-cream-filling-machines\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatic cream filling machines"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\">CM3 Engineering manufactures semi-automatic and automatic<b> bottling lines.<\/b> Here we are presenting our automatic solutions: an <b>automatic filling line<\/b> is able to dose a specific product inside jars and bottles but also in larger containers such as jerrycans or buckets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All parts of our machines that are in contact with the product are made of stainless steel Aisi 316 and therefore are suitable to be used in the food and beverage, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Thanks to our experience, we can offer solid systems that are customized according to our customer&#8217;s needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">Our lines are composed of:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li2\">PLC-controlled <b>rotary table<\/b> in Aisi 304 (for bottles\/jars loading). Tables sizes are adjustable according to the needs.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b>conveyor belt<\/b> (length about 2 mt, width from 110 mm, adjustable sides, variable speed)<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b>dosing unit:<\/b> composed of one or more volumetric dosing machines, according to the speed needed. Through the proper pump, dosages can vary from 10 ml to many liters at a time.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li2\"><b>automatic capping unit<\/b>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The cap is automatically loaded through a mechanical movement. Our capping machines include an automatic force control in order to prevent the cap from &#8220;tearing&#8221;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Both dispensers and nozzles are made of Aisi 304 stainless steel and parts in contact with the product are made of Aisi 316.
