PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bench-top machine suitable for screwing on plastic screw caps such as dispensers, flip tops and spray caps.<\/p>\n

Solution consisting of a magnetic hysteresis clutch with adjustable torque and a pneumatically controlled three-sector screwing head.<\/p>\n

Rotation speed adjustment via inverter, depending on the characteristics of the cap.<\/p>\n

Depending on the cap format, the machine can be equipped with a three-sector system with rubber grippers, interchangeable according to the diameter to be screwed, or with special stainless steel mandrels machined in-house (for caps with external knurling) or with friction rubber to grip the top of the cap.<\/p>\n

The operator manually positions the cap on the neck of the bottle and presses the two-hand control to activate the screwing action, maintaining pressure until the cycle is complete.
