PRESENTATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The CAPPING MONOBLOCK is designed to be easily integrated into automatic dosing systems or to be used for the tightening process only.<\/p>\n

The entire structure is made of stainless steel with special protection in polycarbonate to protect the operator from moving mechanical parts.<\/p>\n

The system consists of a pick & place station with suction cup or clamp grip according to the type of cap, tightening station with digital pressure regulator and vibrating guide for caps specially designed and made to measure according to the needs.<\/p>\n

It is possible to add several options such as rotating tables for loading or storing containers, equip the capping station with motorization and digital torque control as well as provide suitable interchangeable spindles designed to measure for each type of cap.<\/p>\n

The control panel enables the recording of processing recipes, the modification of handling parameters and remote assistance.<\/p>\n
