START is an automatic machine ideal for filling liquid and dense products into cylindrical containers of various shapes and sizes.
Designed with an innovative design, it is an optimal solution for all companies that need to automate the filling of their products with a versatile, intuitive and compact machine.
It is made entirely of stainless steel and consists of a base with wheels on which the rotating table rests, a volumetric dosing system capable of managing both micro and macro dosages, and a conical hopper for loading the product.
It guarantees maximum accuracy, repeatability and hygiene, even when handling complex or sensitive products, thanks to the possibility of precisely adjusting the filling and suction speed, as well as dosing hot products at temperatures up to 120°C.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes, managing the handling times of the various components and activating the washing cycle.
Finally, it is possible to convey the container, as it exits the dosing station, onto a conveyor belt equipped with a pneumatic screwing head to complete the packaging cycle.
