Start&Capping is the result of combining the START version, an automatic dosing system with a rotating table, and the CAPPING version, a capping system with a conveyor belt.
The system is an ideal solution for packaging production batches in the food and cosmetics sectors for third parties, where format changes are made several times during the day to manage the various orders.

In this order, our customer is a contract cosmetics manufacturing laboratory with various types of products to be packaged in both liquid form (essential oils, perfumes, emulsions, etc.) and dense form (gels, creams, etc.).
The formats range from micro doses of 15 ml to larger formats with doses of 500 ml.
The dosing system installed consists of a volumetric pump made entirely of stainless steel with a range from 20 ml to 680 ml and a format change with a rolled jacket from 0-38 ml for smaller dosages and relative dispensing nozzles supplied with different diameters based on the mouth of the various bottles.
The format changeover is very easy and, above all, quick (10 minutes maximum) and consists of replacing the removable dispensing nozzle with a clamp connection and adjusting the height of the stations using a numerical handwheel (max. height 350 mm in the standard version).

Upon exiting the rotating table, the containers are conveyed to the CAPPING conveyor belt, where the operator manually places the cap to allow it to be screwed on correctly at the relevant station.

Both machines can be supplied on wheels for easy movement and with an independent control panel (on request) if, for example, you wish to use the CAPPING machine to connect it to another dosing station.
The operator panel allows you to store the parameters of the processing recipes for the various formats and manage the remote connection for REMOTE ASSISTANCE activities.
