This order involved the creation of an automatic line for packaging liquid and dense cosmetic products in a variety of formats, which is typical for those operating in the contract manufacturing sector.
The formats (photo 1) are of different sizes and heights and have caps that require different insertion (e.g. dispenser) and screwing methods: in some cases by pressure, in others by rotation.

The customer chose the EASY line not only for its compactness (photo 2) but also for its versatility in handling different types of formats with innovative systems that are unique on the market.
The monoblock has been designed with special protections, in compliance with EC regulations, and software modifications that allow manual cap positioning for all formats with a nozzle and automatic cap positioning with a suction cup pick&place system for all flat-surface caps, which can then be oriented and positioned on the container after the dosing station.

The filling unit is a single station, but a second station can be added at any time. It consists of a volumetric pump with two dosing ranges that can be managed by replacing the cylinder: this allows the customer to fill both micro doses of liquid and dense products (up to 50 ml) and larger doses up to 680 ml with maximum precision.
The screwing station (photo 3) consists of a three-clamp mechanical system, specially chosen to be able to handle both pressure caps and plastic screw caps.
Format changeover is particularly simple and intuitive and consists of replacing the clamping clamps according to the heights and diameters of the containers.

All plant processing data is integrated into the customer’s management software through a bidirectional communication system between the software, which allows production data, cycle times, and other parameters useful for monitoring productivity to be recorded.
It is possible to connect the monoblock to a labelling machine or to provide automatic container loading and unloading systems.
