PRESENTATION
The BUCKET line is specially designed to automate the packaging process of various types of products in buckets of different sizes and formats.
It is suitable for handling both liquid products and semi-solid and dense products, therefore finding wide application in food, cosmetic and chemical.
The dosing station is equipped with self-priming pumps with reversible operation, specially selected and dimensioned in quantities to comply with the required production speeds.
We can supply the BUCKET line with up to 6 dosing heads.
The precision of dosing is carried out by means of a weight system inserted on a conveyor belt in accordance with EC regulations and designed to guarantee maximum precision and reliability.
The automatic capping process consists instead of a system for laying and applying covers designed to allow an easy and quick change of format and a clamping station to pressure.
The plant is completed by the possibility of inserting a de-stacking device at the beginning of the line and labelling and marking solutions at the end of the line.
