This order involved the creation of an automatic filling and capping line for foaming products similar to industrial detergents.
The formats used are 250 ml, 500 ml and 1,000 ml PET bottles with plastic screw caps.

The line was designed with a right-to-left direction of travel, as specifically requested by the customer, and is equipped with a dosing station with a double volumetric piston (photo 1) with a range from 50 ml to 1,500 ml and stainless steel dispensing nozzles with a diameter of 17–10 mm with a drip-saving valve.

The dosing station is equipped with an electro-pneumatic system for raising and lowering the dispensing nozzles, with speed adjustable by PLC to allow for proper foam management during the filling phase. (photo 2)

The capping station consists of an automatic vibration cap orientation system with an outlet channel on the pick&place belt (photo 3) and a pneumatic screwdriver with a descending head and mandrels made entirely of stainless steel, customised for each individual cap format.

A rotating loading table with bottle support platform and manual pusher has been added to the inlet of the monoblock, along with a rotating accumulation table at the end of the line.
The system, with a total footprint of 3 metres in width and 2.7 metres in depth, has an hourly productivity of approximately 1,400 pieces/hour and is particularly suitable for the packaging process of all products that generate high foam, such as industrial detergents or similar products.
