In this project, the EASY monoblock was designed to manage the dosing of small quantities of liquid product into glass containers with different dosing ranges, from a minimum of 5 ml to a maximum of 20 ml, with flat-surface plastic screw caps and caps with a dropper system.

The dosing station consists of a peristaltic pump with an independent display, specifically chosen to be integrated into the system and to adequately manage the dosing ranges specified in the order.
The dispensing nozzle is designed and manufactured entirely in stainless steel with a 1.5″ outlet hole and equipped with PFTE seals with a drip-saving valve. (photo 1)

The capping station, on the other hand, consists of a pneumatic screwdriver with a digital pressure regulator capable of managing the tightening of the plastic screw caps specified in the order.
The caps are positioned on the neck of the bottle by means of a loading belt and an automatic pick&place system with suction cups for handling plastic caps with a flat surface (photo 2) and a manual insertion window for the ‘pipette’ format (photo 3): in this way, the customer has a single monoblock capable of managing the entire packaging process for the various formats.

Two rotating tables have been added at the inlet and outlet of the monoblock, one for loading and one for unloading the containers, with speed regulator and adjustable sides.
The system has a productivity of 900 pcs/h on the 20 ml format and has been designed to offer the customer the possibility of adding a second dosing station to increase productivity.
