START LINE is an automatic line suitable for the packaging of liquid and dense products, which finds wide application in the food and cosmetics sectors due to its adaptability to different container and cap formats, as well as its ease of handling.
START LINE – filling and capping with conveyor belt
In this project, the customer needed an automatic solution suitable for filling products at high temperatures (around 80-90°) such as jams, with small pieces in suspension, and spreadable creams.
Having to manage several production batches with a range from a minimum of 50 g up to 500 g, it opted for this solution both for the speed of size changeover and for the possibility of moving the machine within the production workshop for connection to the various product preparation plants.

The plant has been equipped with a volumetric filling system and a Ø 18 dispensing spout suitable for the passage of semi-dense products even with small pieces in suspension.
The dosing and capping unit is height-adjustable by means of a numerical handwheel, which allows the machine to be quickly adapted to different jar heights.
The production speed reaches 900 pcs/h. on the 50 g format and the machine is sold with the software predisposition to foresee the addition of the second dosing unit and a possible Ø 800 container loading rotary table.
The overall footprint is 2 metres with the possibility of foreseeing the addition of a labelling machine at the outlet to complete the packaging process.
