Perfumes
Fragrances are composed of a mixture of alcohol or oily substances and odorous ingredients. Many perfumes are made by extracting scented oil from natural ingredients. These ingredients may include various plants, fruits, woods and even animal secretions. With the perfume filling lines of CM3, it is possible to manage the production of small quantities or larger quantities. Our machines reach a maximum nominal output of 2,500/pc hour. The capping can be manual, semi-automatic or automatic. There are customisable solutions for individual needs. Cm3 Engineering specializes in plants and lines of filling, dosing, bottling perfumes, deodorants, essential oils.

CM3 Engineering develops highly specialized plants for the perfume sector, designed to work with precision even on delicate and volatile formulations. The lines can be configured to fill bottles of different shapes and materials, managing both alcohol and oil based solutions. The automation of the filling, capping and labelling phases is designed to ensure continuity in production, minimising the risk of contamination and optimising format change times. The dosing technologies used ensure high accuracy even with small volumes, particularly required in packaging of high-end perfumes. Thanks to the modularity of the systems, CM3 is able to offer scalable plants suitable for craft start-ups and structured companies, always maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability.
