The fully automatic version of EASY LINE is the ideal solution for completely automating the packaging of your products with an efficient machine that guarantees speed and reliability throughout the process.
Thanks to the many customisation options available, it can be adapted to handle liquid products, including foaming, semi-dense or dense products, in glass or plastic containers, making it ideal for a wide range of applications in the food, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Designed to minimise space requirements, it is equipped with rotating tables for loading and accumulating containers, an automatic cap loading system and up to two dosing heads, allowing an hourly production rate of up to 1,800 pieces per hour.
The dosing system guarantees maximum accuracy, repeatability and hygiene, even when handling complex or sensitive products, thanks to the possibility of precisely adjusting the filling and suction speed, as well as dosing foaming or hot products with temperatures up to 120°.
With the many solutions available, the capping station is able to handle caps of various shapes and types through different pneumatic and motorised orientation and screwing systems.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes, managing the handling times of the various components and activating the washing cycle.
Easy and intuitive to use when changing formats and cleaning, it is also ideal for managing multiple products during the same day, thus optimising costs and production times.
It is also possible to create a tailor-made project for different packaging requirements by adding other systems to complete the packaging cycle.
