CAPPING is a machine designed to automate the container capping process, an ideal solution to be used alongside a bench-top or semi-automatic filling unit.
Its compact size and wheeled structure make it easy to move around the laboratory, allowing it to be used as needed by moving it close to or alongside the dosing units.
With a wide range of solutions available, the capping station is equipped with systems capable of handling caps of various shapes and types with pneumatic or motorised systems.
Made entirely of stainless steel, it has a very compact structure and has been designed down to the smallest detail to facilitate format change operations, which are very simple and intuitive.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes and easily managing the handling times of the various components.
