PRESENTATION
CAPPING is a solution specially designed to allow the automation of the container tightening process.
The reduced dimensions and the structure on wheels facilitate its movement within the laboratory and is therefore an ideal solution to be used with a dosing unit from bench or semi-automatic.
It is specially designed to handle the tightening of a variety of caps: plastic screw, twist off, ROOP, trigger and dispenser with special custom-made spindles.
Built entirely in stainless steel, the conveyor belt rests on a base with wheels while the capping unit can be supplied in both pneumatic and electro-pneumatic version depending on the specific needs and the type of tightening to be carried out.
The operator is responsible for the manual positioning of the cap on the moving container on the belt.
The speed of the belt as well as the adjustment of the tightening pressure can be digitally adjusted and thus adapted to individual production requirements.
