In this order, the dissolver was built with a 500-litre storage tank to offer a turnkey service for dissolving sodium in a liquid mixture.
The TRIBLENDER dissolver by CM3 Engineering is used to mix solid or liquid products quickly and efficiently and is designed to work autonomously.
The support surface at the ideal height facilitates the unloading of the product to be dissolved into the hopper (50 litres), which is specially constructed with a flat sheet metal lathe without unnecessary welds for higher quality.
The exclusive sanitary design also ensures easy adaptation to a variety of mixing applications in food, beverages, dairy products, cosmetics, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
The parts in contact with the product are made entirely of AISI 316-L stainless steel with EPDM elastomers specially designed for washing operations.
