In the industrial cleaning sector, efficiency and precision in the filling process are key factors in ensuring quality, safety and production continuity. To meet the needs of a client specialising in the manufacture of detergents and products for professional dishwashers, a fully customised automatic line was developed.
The customer required a reliable solution for packaging foaming liquid products in 5- to 10-litre containers, with particular emphasis on dosing accuracy, operational flexibility and ease of use for operators.

We have designed and built a bespoke automatic production line incorporating all the required components:
The machine comprises:
• Horizontal conveyor belt for loading the containers
• High-precision dosing station, equipped with a pump, a magnetic flow meter and a plastic dispensing nozzle fitted with a non-return valve
• Dual-head filling system with motorised up and down movement of the nozzle inside the canister to ensure proper handling of a highly foaming product
• Capping system available with either automatic or manual cap placement, depending on operational requirements
• Electrical control panel with touchscreen, enabling intuitive process management and the input of various production recipes, plus an integrated remote assistance system
• Accumulation conveyor for packaged product at the end of the line with pusher
The operator interface has been designed to be simple and intuitive, minimising training time and facilitating format changes.

One of the key features of the project was the complete customisation of the machine. The design was developed to order, in close collaboration with the client, to fit perfectly within the production layout and meet specific application requirements.
The project was completed in approximately four months, adhering to the agreed timelines and ensuring high quality standards.
Furthermore, a labelling system was integrated at the end of the line, capable of applying paper labels to two opposite sides and printing the production batch number.
