Bottle rinsing and blowing machine
Machine designed for the internal cleaning of bottles by blowing filtered air or injecting tap water or a sanitising solution. Entirely made of stainless steel and available in versions with 2 or 4 injectors. Customisation options are available for miniature bottles or preserve jars with twist-off lids (on request). The machine can be fitted with 1 or 2 rinsing nozzles and 1 or 2 blowing nozzles. The machine can be fitted with 1 or 2 rinsing nozzles and 1 or 2 blowing nozzles.
The internal rinsing of bottles can be carried out using a recirculation pump and a sanitising solution, or via a direct connection to the mains water supply with the used water drained away.
For machines fitted with a recirculation pump, a 25-litre stainless steel tank is supplied to hold the sanitising solution.
For connection to the mains water supply, the machine is fitted with taps and a pressure regulator. A polypropylene filter can be fitted for both solutions.
