ISOBARIC FILLING MACHINES
In this section, we talk about isobaric Monoblocks.
For our isobaric monoblocks, the products that can be used are: sparkling wine, beer, water, soft drinks, kombucha, cider…
When it comes to containers, we typically use glass bottles, PET and cans.
In our Monoblocks, there are 2 or 3 packaging phases in a single wheeled base.
PHASE1: In this phase there is the internal bottle washing. Washing takes place with product recirculation and isobaric filling max 5 bar.
PHASE 2: Clearly this is the filling phase and is of the isobaric type, therefore suitable for sparkling drinks such as beer, sparkling wine, sparkling water, fizzy drinks etc…
Our systems can also be used for still wines subject to oxidation as long as they are oxygenated during the traditional gravity filling phase.
MONOBLOCK 2-2 – 200/BH
Standard voltage 220v single-phase 50hz 24v (other voltages on request)
Electrical consumption 0.75 kw/h
Compressed air consumption approx. 120 l/min
Hourly output from up to 200 b/h (variable by the operator, temperature, type of product, density and bottle capacity)
Usable bottles max diameter 115mm – Max height 370mm
In our isobaric dosing TRIBLOCKS, it is possible to install the double simultaneous closing head.
This allows to speed up the closing time of the cap and to minimise the possibility of oxygenation of the product inside.
It is also possible to install a device for injecting nitrogen into the bottle before capping.
Hourly output Production varies from 200 b/h up to 500 b/h. Clearly depending on the model, the operator, the temperature and the type of product.
Usable bottles Max diameter 115mm – Max height 370mm
Size Caps diameter 26mm and diameter 29mm (only one size is supplied, the second as an option)
The triblocks produced are the following
BLOCK 2-2-1 – 200/BH
BLOCK 4-4-2 – 400/BH
BLOCK 6-6-2 – 500/BH
