PRESENTATION
Our automatic powder dosing lines allow you to independently manage the process of dosing, capping and labelling of packaging powders of various kinds, even if they are not very smooth and tend to aggregate.
The screw or vibrating channel dosing units are highly reliable and precise, and are selected according to design and required speeds.
We can offer majority and minority dosing groups or multi-head systems specially designed to be able to integrate suitable suction units.
The capping station performs the function of placing any type of lid on the bottle by means of vibrating systems with pick&place or laying systems and applying the lid and closing them properly with our capping units.
To complete the packaging cycle, labelling, marking and end-of-line solutions are integrated on request.
Our engineering team is able to adapt the various components of the plant to the specific needs of the project.
