PRESENTATION
We realize semi-automatic lines for the dosage of products in various types of powders, even with little glide and tendency to aggregate.
Depending on the product to be handled, we are able to realize dosing plants using horizontal screw or vibrating channel units.
The augers are made entirely of stainless steel and can have various shapes and geometries, while the vibrating channel sections are particularly suitable for dosing with regularity and precision products that are smooth and non-hygroscopic.
The supporting structure is dimensioned according to the required dosing heads and the container dimensions according to their distance.
The control of the system is carried out through an operator panel where you can control and modify the operating parameters, product dispensing speeds and the washing cycle.
Our powder dosing units are designed to be suitable for the integration of a suitable suction system, which can be connected to other capping or product labelling systems.
