START LINE XL is an automatic system specifically designed to handle the packaging of liquid and viscous products in medium and large formats, such as buckets or drums.

START LINE XL is designed to ensure precision, reliability and ease of use in liquid dosing and dispensing processes. Thanks to the integration of high-performance pumps and an advanced flow meter system, the device allows for extremely accurate control of dispensed quantities, reducing waste and margins of error.
The flow meter system monitors the liquid flow in real time, ensuring that each dispensing operation corresponds exactly to the set parameters. This makes the machine ideal for applications where precision is critical, such as in the industrial, food or chemical sectors.
The machine is controlled via a touch-screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes, managing the handling times of the various components and activating the wash cycle.
Finally, the line can be supplemented with other accessories or equipment, such as loading or accumulation conveyors at the start and end of the line, or our labelling systems, which help to complete the packaging cycle.
