The basic version of EASY LINE is the ideal solution for those who need to automate the dosing and capping process by purchasing a streamlined, versatile and compact system.
Thanks to the many customisation options available, it is suitable for handling liquid products, including foaming, semi-dense or dense products, in glass or plastic containers, making it widely applicable in the food, cosmetics and chemical industries.
Designed to minimise space requirements, the basic version is supplied with manual cap placement on the conveyor belt for subsequent automatic pick-up and positioning on the bottle by a robotic pick & place system.
The dosing system guarantees maximum accuracy, repeatability and hygiene, even when handling complex or sensitive products, thanks to the possibility of precisely adjusting the filling and suction speed, as well as dosing foaming or hot products with temperatures up to 120°.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes, managing the handling times of the various components and activating the washing cycle.
Easy and intuitive in format change and cleaning operations, it is also ideal for managing multiple products during the same day, thus optimising costs and production times.
Finally, it is possible to upgrade the line to the fully automatic version without having to return the system to CM3, but simply by purchasing the appropriate software licence, which can be activated remotely, and adding components such as a second dosing head, an automatic cap loading system and container loading tables.
