SEMI-AUTOMATIC MONO-BLOCK BOTTLING
The EASY line by CM3 Engineering represents the ideal solution for the automation of dosing and capping processes in cases where there is a need to equip oneself with a streamlined, versatile and small-sized system to start or improve the production process of one or more products.
It is suitable for managing liquid, semi-dense or dense products in glass, plastic jars with wide application in the food, cosmetic and chemical sectors.
It is specifically designed to be easy to manage and quick to change format.
OPERATION
The container is loaded manually into the loading conveyor belt that moves it inside the monoblock taking it to the dosing, cap positioning and capping station.
The dosing station can be equipped with 1 or 2 volumetric pumps capable of filling with maximum precision and reliability products of any kind even with small pieces in suspension and with temperatures up to 120°.
The pick&place picks up the cap from the special conveyor belt and places it on top of the container.
We create pick & place systems suitable for treating a variety of caps, providing suction cup, clamp or lid placing and applying systems.
The capping station closes the cap with a specific digital adjustment of pressure and torsion force, with height adjustment via a handwheel.
The machine is equipped with a control panel with a dedicated touch screen through which it is possible to set the processing recipes, adjust the operating speed, activate the washing cycle and manage all the main functions.
Furthermore, the software of our systems, cutting-edge and latest generation, allows remote control, makes teleassistance effective and streamlined and with the help of special video cameras that can be installed on request, our service is able to intervene quickly and easily to resolve production downtime.
