Juice
Juice is a foodstuff obtained by pressing fruit; it can be natural or enriched with sugars, flavourings and vitamins. Depending on the processing, it can also include puree, pulp or watery extracts. The typical container for juices is the glass or PET bottle, designed to best preserve freshness and nutritional characteristics. Whichever dosing system is chosen, the dispenser requires a heated containment and injection system (SCI) to perform hot dosing, if required by the type of juice.
The working temperature can vary from 20°C to 95°C; above 45°C, the ICS must be insulated to comply with current hygiene regulations. Smooth, consisting of the conical container only; Handled, to keep the product homogeneous during dosing and stationing; Handled with an auger, in the case of juices containing fruit pulp or fragments, to avoid separation and ensure homogeneous distribution of the product in each package
