START&CAPPING is an automatic machine ideal for completing the entire packaging cycle of liquid and dense products in containers of different shapes and sizes.
It is the result of combining the START version (dosing with rotary table) and the CAPPING version (capping machine with belt) and allows the entire filling and capping cycle to be completed with a single system that is efficient, ideal for managing even small production batches and easy to change formats.
The machine is made entirely of stainless steel and consists of a base with wheels on which the rotary table rests, a volumetric dosing system capable of handling both micro and macro dosages, and a conveyor belt with an integrated screwing station.
The dosing system guarantees maximum accuracy, repeatability and hygiene, even when handling complex or sensitive products, thanks to the possibility of precisely adjusting the filling and suction speed and dosing hot products at temperatures up to 120°.
The capping station can be customised with systems capable of handling screw caps, pressure caps, twist-off caps, dispensers, trigger caps and many others.
The machine is controlled via a touch screen panel with integrated remote assistance and multilingual software capable of storing different processing recipes, managing the handling times of the various components and activating the washing cycle.
Finally, it is possible to have the machine built on wheels and with independent control panels for the START or CAPPING versions if you also want to use them as stand-alone machines.
