In this order, the customer expressed the need to purchase an automatic line with which they could manage the low-speed filling of liquid detergents into 2, 5 and 10 litre containers.
The START LINE XL was the ideal solution for this requirement, both for its compactness and for its versatility in adapting to highly foaming products to be packaged in these types of formats.

The system is supplied with a stainless steel support structure with wheels and a 200 mm wide conveyor belt to allow this type of format to pass through.
The dosing unit, on the other hand, consists of a pump (photo 2) with an electronic litre counter specifically chosen according to the product to be treated and a pneumatic drive for raising and lowering the dispensing nozzle, which is useful for correctly managing foam formation.

The cap is positioned manually by the operator, who also uses the filling time to load and unload the cans from the machine.
After the dosing station, the filled container automatically enters the capping station (photo 3), which is specially protected by a polycarbonate structure to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Format changeover takes just a few minutes as the machine is very easy to adjust and guarantees a productivity of 250 cans per hour.
At the end of the line, it is possible to add a labelling system or extend the conveyor belt to create a can accumulation area.
