START&CAPPING
START&CAPPING is the result of combining the START and CAPPING versions, and is the ideal solution for small laboratories or start-ups looking to equip themselves with a single system for dosing and capping liquid, semi-dense and dense products in different formats.
It is designed to minimise space requirements, to be moved on wheels and to facilitate format change operations.
The container is loaded manually by the operator into the dedicated loading section of the rotating table, which is supplied with a diameter of 1,000 mm in the standard version or 1,200 mm in the special application.
The rotation of the table automatically conveys the container to the dosing station via special gates and detection sensors.
The dosing station is equipped with a volumetric dosing unit made of stainless steel and capable of handling the filling of a variety of products, even at temperatures up to 120°C.
A conical product loading hopper with a capacity of up to 30 litres can also be provided. In the unloading section, the container filled with the product is conveyed to the conveyor belt where the operator manually places the cap before it enters the capping station.
