This order involves the creation of a line for dosing and capping products with a medium-low level of aggressiveness. For this reason, a dosing system using peristaltic pumps was chosen. In this way the product is never in contact with the sheet metal.
Furthermore, to have loading and unloading corresponding to the surface of a pallet, tables with incorporated belts were used which facilitate the loading and unloading of containers, whether bottles or cans.
The created system is composed as follows:
Horizontal loading belt (L 800 x 1200 mm) small pitch to facilitate the transfer of products on flat surfaces for greater stability of the containers with 304 stainless steel frame and low friction materials to allow the advancement of the canisters; tank separation system on conveyor belt.
Conveyor belt for product advancement with 304 stainless steel frame and plastic shutter with low friction coefficient (L 20 m to be defined, height 1000 mm +/- 50 mm).
Along the entire length of the belt there will be: photocells, sensors (LEUZE) and pneumatic gates (SMC) for the cadence and positioning of the product within the various stations.
Double dipping dosing station. Dosing machine complete with peristaltic pump and keyence embrace liter counting system to allow a greater dosing range, separation of bottles/cans via pneumatic gates, diving nozzle for foaming products moved by pneumatic cylinder.
Separation of the cans and positioning of the same in the dosing area using pneumatic cylinders.
Section dedicated to the capping of plastic screw caps. Manual adjustment of the height of the capping head using a handwheel and relative counter which provides a reference based on the container to be capped. Maximum height of the container 330 mm. Adjustment of the vertical pressure carried out on the capsule, of the torque (up to 11 Nm) and of the spindle rotation speed according to needs. Adjustable vessel locking system using pneumatic piston.
