Milk is an essential element of the dairy industry, together with yogurt and cheese. Yogurt is produced by heating milk and combining it with 2 bacteria: Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus. Warm milk is, in fact, the perfect habitat for bacteria’s growth, which thicken the milk to create yogurt. These products need specific treatments during the production process.
